Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoysTrust's voice verification services, mobile applications, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

VoysTrust provides Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) verification codes that help users verify the identity of callers during voice communications. The Service generates synchronized verification codes for paired users to confirm identity during phone calls, video calls, or other communication methods.

Eligibility

To use VoysTrust, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not share your account with others

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Important: VoysTrust uses zero-knowledge encryption for TOTP codes. We never have access to your actual verification codes, which are generated locally on your device.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by VoysTrust and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement or title
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Prevention of all fraudulent calls or scams

Security Limitation: While VoysTrust provides verification tools, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all forms of fraud, voice cloning, or impersonation. Users must exercise judgment and caution.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYSTRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or failures
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party conduct or content
• Financial losses from fraudulent calls, even when using our Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoysTrust and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of others, or (d) your breach of applicable laws or regulations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service will immediately cease, (b) your data will be deleted within 30 days, and (c) provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with VoysTrust, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution at support@voystrust.my

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VoysTrust
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign without restriction
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
